Parer by MAD

This is officially the prototype for a new model of made to order paring knives. Gonna keep it simplistic and call them “Parer by MAD” and will be available to order. This model will come with black g10 framed tang handles and 1095 high carbon steel with a coffee patina (unless anouther finish is requested)

These are hand forged to shape and feature forge texture on the ricasso in contrast with machined bevels. The coffee patina acts as food safe rust prevention, making it easier to upkeep after use.

They are 4” (102mm) on the edge and 8” (203mm) overall
