General Information

Knife Care Info:

Keep the blade oiled with a natural food safe oil such as canola, food safe mineral, olive oil, etc. Just rub into steel and wipe excess away. If storing the knife for longer than 2 weeks, do NOT store in sheath. Please store in a cool dry place to avoid rusting. After using, wash clean with warm water and soap, towel dry completely and then re-apply food safe oil. Carbon steel blades will rust if not oiled after use or if left wet. Carbon steel knives will develop its own natural patina with use, which is a natural rust resistant coating on the steel. These are NOT dishwasher safe knives. NEVER PLACE KNIVES IN DISHWASHER.

 

Warranty:

All my knives and tools come with a limited lifetime warranty that lasts as long as I'm alive. If the knife is damaged while being used for its intended purpose (do not use chef knives as pry bars or can openers), I will fix or replace the knife. Please reach out via email or social media, if you need help with this. 

 

Shipping:

Some items may need to be made to order. Please allow a 'grace period' before shipment depending on the circumstances. If you pre-order a knife, lead time could be up to 3-5 months, unless an expedited fee is paid.

 

Refunds:

Refunds are not allowed, unless worked out between both parties.
